025 - Bought a house!

In our tiny little house, it was so hard to have people over - since we couldn't fit more than three in our living room. So this year, with myself finding a job - we set out to find a house. We looked at a lot. New houses, old houses, houses that probably should have been condemned. Finally, we found the right Realtor team and on our first evening with them - found one. It took us a few months to get everything in order - but we closed June 24th!

It's about four times the space of our old one, and there's a pool in the back yard. It's been awesome to open up our home to family and friends - and we're excited to keep doing it!

It was cold and gloomy, but I took Maestro and my Mom (and my nephew) to be part of this great event. I fundraised at work - and raised over one hundred dollars for this cause.

We're already planning to fundraise for next year - it'll be an annual event. We walked in memory of our dear friend Kathy who died last year.
